Saraphina’s Start
“My dream has always been to collaborate with artists who inspire me, not only as a vocalist but as a musician and arranger, helping shape the sound by bringing orchestral strings and horn arrangements into neo-soul and jazz in a way that feels unique to my artistry”
Saraphina is currently at a pivotal stage in her career, where she’s spent a significant amount of time honing her sound, performing live, and building her artistic identity. Her unique blend of neo soul and jazz has helped her to stand out in Toronto’s music scene. Over the past 2 years, Saraphina has performed at respected venues, collaborated with talented musicians, and developed a budding sense of her style. As a graduate of Centennial College’s Music Industry Arts and Performance program, now continuing her studies in jazz voice at Humber Polytechnic, Saraphina Knights is committed to expanding her presence as a performer on both local and international stages.

“’Change Everything’ is a jazz-soul ballad about making a romantic gesture that changes the dynamic of a friendship,” Saraphina says. “When they play it off as if nothing has changed, you realize your kindness has been taken for granted and you take a stand and cut the person off.
